They invite and encourage you to play every day or sing at the top of your lungs or dance like no one is looking or play in the play-doh of your life.  You can mentally shift away from your upstream thoughts and of being in resistance and focus downstream towards the Dolphin call of “no worries”, “all is well”, and “life is good.”  Their message is simple.  You were born into freedom.  You were meant to live in joy.  And your life is about expansion.

Do Your Old Contracts Serve You?

Greetings and Welcome Sweet Souls.–  Speaking of cleaning up the clutter- we want to address your soul contracts with other souls.  We are asking you to come up to speed-to get current.  For so many of you these old soul contracts no longer serve you and you may find yourself growing in darker and darker confusion if you don’t address these contracts.  So, contracts can be completed, broken, amended, or healed. 

I’m seeing a soul contract for one of you right now called “Stop and Go”.  If you are ready to let this contract go it will feel like a direct hit for you.  In your relationship with this other person in your soul contract one of you puts the foot on the gas and then one of you puts on the brake.  And at other times it’s reversed.  And, in essence, you wonder why this relationship doesn’t go anywhere…why there is no progress for you two.  You know how crazy making this feels for you. 

And we want you to know you can experience your freedom and be made whole.  And you no longer have to carry the baggage of this old sacred contract into the future with you.  Find a quiet space.  And in your mind’s eye see this sacred contract and now ask the Divine Feminine to shine her light on the contract until you see it dissolve.  And let it go back to where it came from for it is all energy. Energy Good For Cleaning Up Clutter

Greetings and Welcome Sweet Souls.–The energy on the planet until May 14 th is extremely good for cleaning up the clutter.  Let’s call it “Spring Cleaning” for the mind, the emotions, the old dramas and stories.  You know those old stories that so easily roll off your tongue.  I’m sure you can think of one or two right now.  Ask yourself each and every day in what ways do I hold myself back?  In what ways do I continue to hold the clutter in my mind, body, emotions, and consciousness. 

A great idea and a simple energetic offering to signal to the universe that you ae ready for deeper clarity is to clean a window-inside and out…then let that window allow as much light inthe room as possible.  Simple but effective.
